Under the TSA's ¨Advance Passenger Information System (APIS),¨ initiative, you'll need to obtain permission from the U.S. government to travel on any commercial airliner or ship that goes to or from the United States. You won't receive your boarding pass until you are cleared by APIS. You'll also need permission to travel through the United States (e.g., if you're changing planes at a U.S. airport on a trip between two foreign countries). It doesn't matter if you're a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Everyone will need permission to enter—or leave—the United States.
This counts for Plane,Trains and Public Buses,And Boating.

| uh.. what? where did you make all this up from? so all the travel i did between states and even recently moving out of the country i was supposed to have permission first?? and also where are the border patrols between states to prevent people from doing so?? and presidential order 51 (read it 3 times) does not mention a single thing about suspending elections or remaining in power after his term has ended. it is basically the guidelines for continuation of government function following.... |

| Bull... it's all bull. Nothing of the kind is being done. Sure, new REAL IDs will be required, but they're just updated, more secure driver's licenses. And RFID is nothing like you paint it to be. Only pertainent information regarding an individual and their travel will be accessable through the RFID at certain Customs' Check points. Do some real research. You might actually learn something.
