I've discovered that classics like DuckTales tend to appeal more to nice and open people - stiff and arrogant persons have a tendency to dislike these kinds of shows and prefer t3h action in modern Disney shows instead.
That's interesting, maybe the charm of the old Disney classics is "too nice" for their taste? :P

Personally I think a 90s kid is someone who grew up during the 90s, so my answer is yes.
I was born in 1986 myself, but I still consider myself a 90s kid, since I spent most of my childhood in that decade.

And this has nothing to do with being "older and nostalgic" - this is different.
I mean, even today's generation seems to dislike the new Disney series, and there's no way in hell they'll ever be remembered as much as stuff like DuckTales.
There IS something wrong with producers these days - lack of inspiration?
The thing that annoys me the most is how new series are always so damn hyperactive and "cool" - they have no charm!
It might appeal to five-year-olds, but no one else.

I don't think Disney even cares anymore. The only good stuff I find from them are Pirates of the Caribbean (the movie trilogy) and when they do projects with Pixar.
Other than that, they just make garbage. They just import cartoons and make low-budget live-action shows that are really just bad sitcoms.

Every where i go i find the vast majority of people agree that Disney has completely lost it. And wish they'd make more hand-drawn musicals, quality cartoons, and find their magic once again. I'm shocked theres not some sort of petition going around to try and get them to return to their roots. I guarantee it would have a whole lot of signatures from people of all ages.

huey, duey, and louie had a REALLY weird life when you about it
start as living w/uncle donald, move in w/scrooge and lived a crazy rich life, then as preteens they were w/donald again in quack pack, and as teens they were still w/donald and spent most of their time in the house of mouse and who knows how weird it was before that since disney never did show life w/their parents
