It's great of you to recognize magibonloves effort. When you did the interactive video, did you think Magi would become the international celebrity that she is? When I was trying to explain the effect Magibon has on people to my daughter (who is 38 yrs old)Interactive Magibon is what I chose. She is a calm in the storm of YouTube. I like this best of all the Magibon fan videos I've seen because I believe you've explained (and demonstrated) the reason for her popularity. I would add: --She's revived mime--and using just her face! --She makes me think of Mary Pickford, the '20s movie star ("America's Sweetheart"). --USA media is dying--poisoned by irony, smart-assedness, the universal persona of the imperturbable individual, the pornograpy of violence, and cruelty. Magibon is an antidote to these poisons.

Still a trial to explain something unexplainable to be, but I am still willing to understand, only for the sake understanding itself. She learned Japanese first. I think she was invited because it is so rare, especially for an American, to learn a language so different from English as Japanese is. We usually expect the rest of the world to learn English. I think they felt honored by her interest, so they invited her to Japan.

She lives in up state Alaska. Notice the similarity between the singer "Jewel" who is also from Alaska? Large chest and bad teeth. There must be some deficiency in the diet in Alaska that creates a problem as far as the teeth go.
