All you need to trap a squirrel is some peanuts, a milk crate, a paper towel tube and some string. Be sure to put tape over the holes in the crate so the squirrel can't escape. Happy hunting!

Well.. catching animals in such away send them into shock witch can kill them anyways and isnt realy nice.. killing them on other hand is mercy.. as long as u eat what you kill there aint no problem is there.. untill 15 hours later when you flash it down ;)

A low-fat squirrel recipe: Skin squirrel and singe off hairs sticking to flesh. Marinade flesh in equal parts of olive oil and white vinegar blended thoroughly (with some black pepper for seasoning) for six hours in a refridgerator. Get some hickory and mesquite briquettes going and place tenderized flesh on the grill over the hot coals. Cook for forty-five minutes or until done to the bone. Goes with green salad, baked potato, and iced tea. Tasty.

Or buy some high-salt type bagged marinade, follow the directions on the package, and place meat over the hot coals and cook till done to the bone. I have used the honey/mesquite flavored powdered marinade and the squirrel was really tender. A little salty, but tender.
