Footage of the Disneyland/DCA electrical parade was shot on May 28th, 2006. To achieve the best sound quality, I used the original soundtrack (with a slight modification to reflect the fact that the parade is no longer shown on Main Street). Enjoy!

i am going to USA disney land on Dec 14 to Dec 25th..anyone who has been to USA disney land, could you please tell me where is the MOST exciting roller coaster and haunted mansion in the disney land please? Awesome! The Haunted Mansion is in New Orleans Square and it will be decked out for the Nightmare Before Christmas. Disneyland isn't known for roller coasters, but visit Disney's California Adventure to ride on Screamin and the Twilight Zone's Tower of Terror. Disney also offers character dining which is fun if you want a picture with your favorite mouse. I also recommend eating at the Blue Bayou (the restaurant you see when you're on Pirates). A little expensive, but worthwhile. Have fun!

Disneyland's rollercoasters are Thunder Mountain,Splash Mountain.There's also Space Mountain and the Matterhorn.But all of these are mild rides that don't have any loops or big drops.But if your really into thrill then I suggest the Indiana Jones Adventure ride,it's really bumpy and there's mummies and you cross this rickety bridge on a jeep.That ride is a favorite.
Haunted Mansion the only haunted mansion on the park but if your into pirates, ride Pirates of the Caribbean.

I was blown away 35 years ago when I was a high schooler visiting from Indiana, and one of the snails came up and bowed right at me. I felt personally honored since my last name was Snell! Since those days, I've moved to Anaheim and hold an annual DLand pass. I bought some of the lights from the parade when they retired the original. Does anyone else have those as keepsakes?

Good advice I got years ago was that for lunch you should get the child's portion of the spaghetti rather than the adult portion. Walking all the time, you are out of your normal environment and don't realy get as hungry as you would think. The adult portion is too much and when I was last there with my family I saw a lot of adults with left over spaghetti from their adult portions. I am an adult male 240 pound sand the child portion was the just the right amount,at a lower cost too.

I just came back from Disney World in Orlando, FL on Saturday, where I saw Spectromagic. That was pretty, but the Electrical Light Parade was so much better. The video brings back so many memories from my childhood. The music is so catchy, and the parade definitely has a much better "rhythmn" because of it. I also liked that the Electric Light Parade had other things in it--not just Disney characters. I wish they would bring it back to Orlando's Disney!!
