My first Question or opinion of "Criminal Minds" was, Why is Mandy in a TV show that is showing how a criminal mind works? I am looking forward to seeing you on the "Ides of March" at Brooklyn College. Will Patti Lapone be there too?

After seeing this particular video, and also after viewing some of the performing videos here and listening to him at his web site, I am inclined to think that, for him, he has done the right thing. And I agree with him completely. Of course I will miss his presence on the show, but I will continue to watch and continue to wish him well.

I agree with Mandy. I started watching the first series because he was in it and feel the writing was superior and less graphic. I'll cease to watch once the second series (which is presently playing in New Zealand) finishes and he is no longer in it. Love this wonderful human being and his obvious integrity!

I totally agree: that is why I watch the show, too. The added violence is not helping the show at all, I try to gloss over that part and wait for the interrogation scenes and the profiling scenes.
Love you, Mandy! I hope that the producers of Criminal Minds will eventually hear what you're saying.

I started watching Criminal Minds about a month ago, got a lend of the first 3 seasons off a friend. I was just starting the 2nd season when somone said to me that Mandy left the show. I was shocked. Nobody seemed to know why and either did I till now. I would of loved if he stayed on the show, he plays the part brilliantly, but after seeing this video I can see his strong opinion, which is a very viable one come across, and I do agree with him, which such a view he was right to leave.
