ANY special forces troops in the world I'd be bold enough to say, could take on any average soldier and or person in a fight.
I don't think there is a single SF team in the world that doesn't train in some form on hand to hand combat.
These guys in the video, it may look like some school yard fight on the ground but they will bring you down and knock you wont be getting up.

Semper Fu, aka the Marine Corps Martial Arts program is not very useful unless like a real martial art it is practiced until it is muscle memory. The stuff in this vid is tan belt training. These guys wont remember most of it except the throws (I say this because I only remember the throws) Its a decent enough groundwork for further training but thats all. Best way to win a Martial Arts fight? Don't lose your gun and just shoot that Hadji.

Well I guess they're OK for peeps that don't practice throws a lot but I come from a Judo background and they suck. Hands aren't in the right place. The shoulder throws didn't have the arm snug in place. And they're all bending over too far.

geez I am a purple belt in bjj and have competed in muay thai. Also I have done mcmap. Dude mcmap is mostly for fun. I'm not getting out of my tank and ipponing some towel head comeon.
