wear white eyeliner on ur lower eye lids, it opens up ur eyes. seriously, i kno it may sound kinda weird, but it works. i hav pretty small eyes and long eye lashes, & i'v tried it. try wearing brown eyeliner, really thick, & then wash it off. after u wash it off, it looks really natural & the brown makes ur eyes look bigger. wen i was at this loreal make up counter, the lady at the counter told me abt the brown eyeliner & i tried it out on myself & it works...
