HELP! I'm caring for an Injured Robin
Uploaded by: BarbLehto
Video Description:
I have had this Robin for about a week. He eats like a pig. I don't think his wing is broken, but he has a wound on his side above his wing. I put a little peroxide on it when I first found him. I can't find anyone willing to take him, so I'm doing my best to nurse him along. Any advice is welcome.

The longer you keep this injured robin the better chance it will have of not recovering, if you don't know what to do PLEASE don't keep this bird.. I know it looks so adorable but robins are meant to be in the wild, TAKE this robin to a wild life center as soon as possible. Thanks for helping it!
Judging from that wing though I'd say he's in a pretty risky position.... it looks broken or dislocated.
My advice, an unconventional position: If its wing doesn't heal properly, it'll never fly, and if it's not illegal, I think it's life would be better spent as a loved pet than an easy prey item.
make sure that it drinks plenty of water and get it some calcium to help it heal sooner.
IT WONT EAT UNDER ITS STRESS
