is this announcer wannabee stupid?this is not peking duck,peking duck you have to boil,hang dry,blow up the skin first,then roast very slow while hanking to let the fat cook off,serve with pancakes and hoisin sauce and scallion.

It's a long island duck, not peking and he called this entree smoked tea duck. I don't see any tea. I saw the other guy's T-shirt, i'm sure that's not what they're talking about. The guy with the microphone, he scratches the back of his head, sometimes he cough and talks a lot, lucky for the customer the chef deep fried it, or else a lot of slimey thing in it. I would call that entree deep fried smoked T duck...

This is NOT peking duck. This is 樟茶鸭. A Szechwanese dish. Hunan Prov borders Szechwan and they cook in similar ways. Both are southern provinces.
